The title might sound a bit strange at first, but that’s the plan: In May 2019, I am first headed to Boston and then continue to Brazil, starting with Rio de Janeiro. This somewhat odd combination of destinations is a result of two different conferences taking place in consecutive weeks in these cities.

Of course, there will be some adventure ontop of duty, mainly along the Brazilian Costa Verde coastal region between Rio and São Paulo. Marius, who already accompanied me on the North Western USA 2018 trip, will join in Rio. The main target is the island Ilha Grande for some hiking, tenting, and snorkling. But none of the planning is too fixed yet.
